I am extremely passionate about helping individuals figure out why they are the way that they are, and simultaneously help them move into the person they want to be. My approach is to be warm and supportive while also being authentic and direct. I aim to help clients explore their difficulties with curiosity and compassion, and empower them to make the necessary changes to build fulfilling, joyous lives. I focus on working with individuals who have difficulties with anxiety, emotion regulation, trauma, grief, relationship issues and those who simply wish to learn more about themselves.
